At Red Land Cotton, we take great pride in the quality of our American-grown linens and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not delighted with your order, we accept returns and exchanges on unwashed and unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack Your Linens

  Place the unwashed items in their original packaging or a secure box, ensuring the return authorization form is included inside.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected at our farm, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
